Alpha Course
What is Alpha?
The Alpha Course is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith. It's relaxed, low key, friendly and fun.Why not come along to our Introduction Evening on Thursday 30 September 2010 to find out more? The evening begins with refreshments, and then there is a talk about what the Alpha course is all about, and opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
After the Introduction Evening, there are eight thought-provoking sessions looking at topics such as 'Who is Jesus?' and 'Why did Jesus die?'. Each session begins with coffee & cake, followed by a talk, and opportunity for discussion and questions.
Who is Alpha for?
Alpha is for everyone, especially:
- Those wanting to investigate Christianity
- New Christians
- Newcomers to the church
- Those who want to brush up on the basics
What will it cost?
There is no charge for the course, meals or refreshments.
